Buffalo Gung (Sold out)
A large variety from the chilly mountain valleys of Northern Vietnam. It is traditionally farmed by the Hmong people. Grown organically using strict rotation and lots of water buffalo dung. Its a strong performer with a nice clean heat with tones of lemon.
Gung is the word for ginger in the Vietnamese language.
A low fiber type. Would make excellent pickles.
High yielding and easy to harvest and clean up.
